<p>With some refinement since 2001, the development now includes:</p>

<li>A floating dock for smaller visiting vessels (St. Roch Dock); </li>

Base you listing price on what has sold in the Pier in the past 60-90 days that is comparable to your condo (example: if you own a 952 square foot&nbsp;two bedroom price your condo accordingly to recently <b>sold</b> 952 square foot 2 bedroom condos). A lot of people bought in the Pier expecting to make 20, 50 or even $100,000, unfortunately this is not happening.</p>

      <title>Federal government just pulled out of the Maritime Museum in Lower Lonsdale</title>

      <description><![CDATA[<p>The City of North Vancouver has been advised by the Provincial Government that it is regretfully unable to provide the City with the necessary funding required for the delivery of the National Maritime Centre for the Pacific and the Arctic. </p>
<p>Without the Provincial financial contribution to the tri-government partnership, the National Maritime Centre will not move forward as originally envisioned. Funding for the project was structured as a 3-way partnership of local, provincial and federal government resources as well as private sector funding. The Federal government had made an unofficial partial commitment to the initiative subject to a matching commitment from the Province.</p>
